Quick Caramelized Onion Bacon Jam
This easy and quick caramalized onion bacon jam recipe will hard to beat. Great with cheese, a burger, or even with breakfast and poached egg.

125ml jar of Harvest and Wild Caramelized Onion Chutney
200
grams
Smoked bacon
diced

Coffee
Instructions
Roughly chop bacon and cook in a saucepan until browned.
Drain bacon fat, and return pan to heat. Deglaze with coffee.
Add Caramelized Onion Chutney and cook until bacon and chutney are combined and thick. Store in fridge for up to three days.
